Business Office Manager
I am the Business Office Manager at St. Gregory and Ivory Plains. I work with clients to understand insurance billing and their portion of payment. I also process Accounts payable which makes sure all the bills for both buildings are paid accurately and timely. At the end of the month, I make sure the credit cards have receipts for expenses and that the company knows which department needs to be accountable for the spending. Every day I review the admits and discharges to make sure they are accurate and send reports to the home office regarding the number of clients in-house. It takes a lot of time on the computer and looking at the screen, I rely on many other departments to provide me with information and complete the necessary paperwork for the file to be accurate.
We will be there all day from 8:30am until 4:30pm. Make sure to check the SGRC app for updates. The menu is as follows: hamburgers, chips, watermelon and cantaloupe. Please bring a side or dessert, and your own non-alcoholic beverages. We will have yard games and just have a fun day at The Lodge by the Lake, 610 H Ave, Ogden, IA 50212.
