When to seek Addiction Treatment?
Who Qualifies?
There is only one qualification for treatment: You must be at least 18 years old and have a desire to be free of a substance abuse problem.
Assessment and Pre-Admission Evaluation
The first step typically involves an assessment or evaluation, which can be conducted over the phone or in person. This assessment helps the rehab facility determine the individual’s specific needs, such as the severity of the addiction, medical and mental health concerns, and any special requirements.
Medical Assessment
Upon admission, St. Gregory Recovery will conduct a medical assessment to evaluate the individual’s physical health, any potential withdrawal symptoms, and any medical concerns related to substance use. This assessment helps the facility plan for medical care during detox, if necessary.
Detoxification (if required)
Some individuals may require detoxification to safely manage withdrawal symptoms. In such cases, St. Gregory Recovery provides medical supervision during the detox process.
Personalized Treatment Plans
A personalized treatment plan is developed based on the initial assessment and medical evaluation. Your personalized plan outlines the specific therapies, counseling, and activities to support your recovery.
Disqualifying Factors
We take the safety and security of our clients and team members very seriously. This means we may need to disqualify some potential clients if any outstanding or past legal issues might jeopardize a safe, secure, and healing environment for others.
