The New Standard For Recovery
“Abuse of prescription, narcotic pain medications in the United States has risen to the level of an epidemic.” -Center for Disease Control
St. Gregory Retreat Centers offer a pain recovery track for our substance abuse treatment program that provides the same substance abuse services offered to all of our clients and also offers additional services focused on identifying and healing the underlying cause of chronic pain. Now with medical advances in regenerative therapies including stem cell transplant therapies, we can not only help you to live free from narcotic pain medications, but through our partnership with Harbor View Medical, we can help to repair and to heal injuries that cause the pain which leads to such dependencies.
What Makes Us Different
Our multidisciplinary pain-recovery team has decades of experience in treating pain and injury from a multitude of perspectives. We work with every patient to create a customized plan for recovery. Each plan has a number of components:
Chronic pain is often caused or exacerbated by underlying musculoskeletal imbalances. Our physical therapists are specially trained to identify and to correct these imbalances and to ensure that your body is working optimally.
Once we’ve laid the foundations for recovery, we use cutting-edge regenerative therapies that work in a number of ways to stimulate the body’s natural recovery mechanisms. By concentrating and focusing your own, natural healing agents, we stimulate regeneration and recovery of damaged tissues and repair the underlying cause of your pain.
